Privacy Policy

PolyCapital Research Circle may collect account information, email addresses, profile information, report views, topic activity, submitted comments, invitation activity, and access request information needed to operate the service.

Account authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Email addresses may be used for login, account security, service notices, and research portal communications.

If private access features are introduced, we may record access requests, approval status, document access grants, and document view activity for operational, compliance, and audit purposes.

We do not intend for users to submit confidential, non-public, or sensitive personal information through public discussion features.
